For many teacher, their sense of reality is shattered when they come upon a child who is seemingly being abused by a parent or guardian. Of course parents have the right to discipline their child - but what are the limits to this? Is spanking OK or should it be illegal. When does discipline turn into torture and when does it become a crime?
